LEDGEVIEW GOLF & CC TEAM WINS
THE PRO-EXECUTIVE CHAMPIONSHIP

The Club Car PGA of BC Pro-Executive Championship was contested Monday, July
9th with the team from Ledgeview Golf & CC prevailing over the 24 team field.
The Ledgeview team, lead by Professional Jason Smith along with playing
partners Larry Tokarchuk, Tom Hall and Fred Thiessen, tied for the lead at
25-under par with the team from Furry Creek Golf & CC (Golf BC). The tie was
broken by retrogression and Ledgeview took home the Championship trophy.
The Pro-Executive Championship also featured an individual competition for the
professionals which was won by Jesse Crowe, Head Professional at Mable Lake
Golf & CC, with a 1-under par score of 71.
The PGA of BC would like to sincerely thank title sponsor Club Car, as well as
all their numerous representatives who were in attendance, for their unwavering
support of the Pro-Executive Championship. This is the 13th year Club Car has
sponsored this event and their involvement has made the PGA of BC’s
Pro-Executive one of the most popular events on the Association’s calendar.
