Ledgeview Golf Club recently won the BCGA Zone 3 Champion of Champions tournament, played at Royalwood Golf and Country Club. Ledgeview’s team finished with a combined total of 314 strokes and won in retrogression over Pitt Meadows, who also had 314.

Ladies champion Val Haslan won the ladies event with a score of 77. This is Haslan’s second win in the C of C tournament. Jim Pearce, the Ledgeview senior men’s champ, finished second in the senior men’s division with a 76. Men’s champ Brad Morelli and junior boys winner Blair Coan rounded out the team.

The local course will celebrate all of its tournament winners and volunteers with the annual awards night to be held at the clubhouse on Nov. 4th at 6 p.m. Tickets for the prime rib dinner and dance are $20 and can be obtained at the clubhouse or by phoning 604-859-8993.
