Schedule & Forfeitures
- Player listed on top of match pairing chart (Player 'A') contacts the player listed on bottom (Player 'B') to arrange match date and time (within specified play by dates): If there are less than 32 players signed up, some players will get a 1st Round Bye (determined by random draw).
Specified Dates:
- 1st Round matches to be played between June 11 and July 3 (inclusive)
- 2nd Round matches to be played anytime before July 24 (inclusive)
- 3rd Round matches (Quarter Finals) to be played anytime before August 14 (inclusive)
- 4th Round matches (Semi Finals) to be played anytime before September 4 (inclusive)
- 5th Round matches (Finals) to be played anytime before September 25 (inclusive)
For the following, Player 'A' refers to the player listed on the top of the match pairing and is responsible for contacting Player 'B' (listed on the bottom of the match pairing) to arrange the match date and time.
- If Player 'A' fails to attempt to contact Player 'B' to arrange the match within the specified dates, then Player 'A' forfeits the match
- If Player 'A' attempts to contact Player 'B' to arrange match date and time, but is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, then Player 'B' forfeits the match
- If either Player fails to show at the agreed date and time for the match, or is unable for any reason to play the match within the specified dates, then that Player forfeits the match.
- If a match date is confirmed but either Player subsequently needs to reschedule, as long as both players agree to the rescheduled date and time, and it falls within the specified dates, then the match may be played on the rescheduled date. If either Player is unable to agree to a rescheduled date and time, then the Player requesting the rescheduled date and time forfeits the match
- If both Players are unable for any reason to play the match within the specified dates, then both Players will be disqualified from the Tournament
