Format & Rules

• MODIFIED SCOTCH BALL format

• Par 3 Holes
  • Both players tee off, select the preferred tee shot then alternate shots until the ball is holed out
• Par 4 Holes
  • Both players tee off, each player hits the other's ball on the second shot. The best ball is then selected then alternate shots until the ball is holed out
• Par 5 Holes
  • Both players tee off, each player hits the other's ball on the second shot. Then the players cross again and hit the other's ball on the third shot. The best ball is then selected then alternate shots until the ball is holed out
• In all cases, if partner B's ball is selected as the best ball, partner A hits the next shot and visa versa
• If partner B hits their ball Out Of Bounds, partner A must play the next shot from the spot where the ball was hit from and visa vers
• Hole #12 to be played as a par 4
• Ladies play from the red tees, Men play from the blue tees
• Record the gross score for each hole on the scorecard - then total the score and subtract the team handicap
• Handicap Allowance - the partner with the lower handicap receives 60% of their course handicap and the partner with the higher handicap receives 40% of their course handicap. The two handicaps are then added. For example, player A has a handicap of 10 and player B has a handicap of 26. For this competition, their adjusted team handicap would be 6.0 + 10.4 = 16.4

• The trophy will be awarded to the overall winning team (lowest net score)
• The following amounts will be paid to Pro Shop Gift Cards from the available prize pool:
  • 1st Place: 30%
  • 2nd Place: 25%
  • 3rd Place: 20%
  • 4th Place: 15%
  • 5th Place: 10%
