If you are unable to participate in the Playoffs, please email me ASAP so I can fill the field if necessary.

FORMAT : STROKE PLAY

• Points are reset based on seeding (see below)
• Points will be awarded for both Gross and Net results in the Playoff
• Points will will then be added together (reset + gross + net) to determine final Order of Merit

This is our version of the FedEx Cup.
Every time you play in an Eligible Club Event, you accumulate Order of Merit Points, as follows:

• Earn 100 automatic points just by *completing the Event
• Earn bonus points if you finish in the top 10 (including ties) for gross or net results
• Eligible Club Events are: Spring Classic, Mixed Spring Shamble, Men’S Vip, Mixed Couples, Mixed Mexican Scramble, Club Championships, Fall Classic
• Spring Classic, Club Championships, Fall Classic count for double points

At the conclusion of the Fall Classic (Aug 27 & 28), the final standings for the Club Order of Merit will be tabulated. In the event of ties in tabulating the final standings, the tie-breaker will go to ‘the most events’ played. The top 8 in each of the Men’s and Ladies divisions will qualify to compete in the Club Order of Merit Playoff on Saturday, September 17. This will be an 18 hole stroke play event, with points awarded for BOTH gross and net results.

* Unless the Committee deems otherwise, Completing event means you submit a signed scorecard and have not been disqualified for any reason. If you voluntarily withdraw from an Event you do not accumulate any points for that Event. When there are 2 day events and either event day is cancelled by the Committee, you will accumulate points, unless you have been disqualified for any reason or voluntarily withdrawn from the Event.
